The Mississippi 811 team works hard to keep you informed. While the pandemic created some travel challenges for our Damage Prevention Coordinators, they are back on the road and ready to provide training or just answer those questions that just come up in your job most every day.
Our CSRs look forward to helping you be safe one ticket at a time. Our mapping team is more robust than ever, and they are ready to help you with your mapping issues to ensure that your level of protection is first class. And don’t forget to check out our website. There is a lot of really good information available to you there. If you haven’t been there in a while, check it out. It is a good way to keep up with what’s going on with us.
